After reviewing your formal submission (via our online form), we will be in touch with more information on how to submit your material for consideration. Generally, the guidelines for submission of photography, audio and video are as follows:
- Visual images should be submitted as JPEGs (300 dpi).
- Video submissions should be submitted in FLV or MP4 format. If MP4 format is used, the video portion should be H.264 encoded.
- Audio tracks should be submitted as MP3 files.
- If your submission is on a personal web page, you may submit by providing a working URL.
- If you have questions about the format of your submission, please e-mail us at least two weeks before the submission deadline.
