Colleges program in Tokyo for Japanese accountants seeking a U.S. CPA.

Dr. Kerr is Birtish by birth.  He has an MBA from the University of Alberta
and holds a Certified Management Accounting designation in Canada.  He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Leadership, also from the
University of Alberta.

Prior to his academic career, Dr. Kerr worked as a professional accountant in
the banking, trucking and short-line railroad industries.
