Jocelyn Sirkis has a B.S. in physics from SUNY at Stony Brook, an MS in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in management from Rutgers University in Camden. She is the director of the Office of Professional Development at Community College of Philadelphia, where she is responsible for aspects of faculty and staff development. She has written and published over 40 articles for magazines local to the Bucks County, PA suburbs.
